Carl Anderson, Co-Founder of The Cultured Cocktail

With over 25 years of experience behind the bar, Carl Anderson is the creative and technical force behind The Cultured Cocktail’s premium beverage offerings. Known for his intuitive understanding of balance, presentation, and guest experience, Carl is truly a Master Bartender—and lives up to every word of it.

Before co-founding The Cultured Cocktail, Carl owned a multimillion-dollar wedding venue in Maui, where he served an elite clientele of celebrities, jet-setters, and tastemakers. His handcrafted cocktails were regularly featured in top publications, and his hospitality expertise earned him an invitation to teach bartending at the University of Hawaii Maui campus. Carl’s reputation for blending sophistication, storytelling with hospitality and warmth made his events stand out—and his drinks unforgettable.

Now back in Orlando, where his journey first began, Carl is excited to partner with longtime friend, Terri Lerner, to bring his signature style to luxury events across Central Florida. From crisp classic pours to bold, modern mocktails, his menus are meticulously curated to your personal taste and flawlessly executed.

With over 16 years at the helm of one of Central Florida’s most beloved wedding companies—and more than 900 events to her name— Terri knows how to make an occasion unforgettable. From intimate elopements to grand celebrations of 1,000 guests or more, she’s mastered the art of crafting moments that feel deeply personal, flawlessly executed, and effortlessly elevated.

Her work has been featured by local Fox and CBS news affiliates and recognized by The Knot’s Best in Weddings award for five consecutive years, as well as WeddingWire’s Couples’ Choice award four years running.

After selling her successful business to focus on raising her daughter, Terri pivoted into business development, where she quickly earned a reputation as a creative force and negotiation powerhouse. Equal parts sales strategist and creative visionary, she has a knack for bringing ideas to life—and selling them with style.

Now, as the co-founder of The Cultured Cocktail, she brings that same passion, polish, and personal touch to the world of mobile bar catering. Every event is a canvas for connection, celebration, and curated experiences—whether you’re serving signature cocktails or show-stopping mocktails.
